Fixed or Installed paging systems require a minimum of three components. Plus you must consider the layout. Will you just have a single zone or will you need to control multiple zones? This may require more hardware, so it might be best for you to call and we can design a system to fit your needs.

The following three selections will help get you going:

Amplifiers: All paging systems require some sort of amplifier to amplify the sound. The size (wattage) of this amplifier is determined by the overall wattage of the speakers being connected. The type of amplifier is also dependent upon the required inputs.

Speakers: There are many styles of speakers. Ceiling Mounted, Surface Mounted or Hanging (Pendent). Once you select the style of speaker you need, you now have to consider the type of input the speaker requires. There are 4 Ohm/8 Ohm/16 Ohm and 25/70 Volt inputs. The Amplifier must have the correct output to match the speaker input.

Input Sources: How will the infomation being played over the speakers get into the amplifier? Will it come from a Microphone, CD/Cassette/MP3 Player, Satellite/Cable box, or through your Telephone system? The Amplifier must have the correct inputs that match the needs of the connected device output.
